Tell us through support: what you were doing, what happened, and your device (Windows PC or Android phone). Screenshots help. For now this is the way to report bugs in The Prince.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying and with under 2 hours played, refund The Prince yourself from your orders. Anything else, ask us: we look at every request.

Play the Test builds early, on Windows or Android, and help shape what comes next: apply to playtest The Prince with your DFD account.

The free demo

The demo is the whole game for 60 minutes of play, free with an account. When the hour is up, buy the full game and carry on with your saved realm.

Installing and playing

• The Prince installs and updates in the DFD Launcher, on Windows 10 or 11 and Android 8 or newer: get the launcher.
• On Windows the launcher isn't code-signed: if Windows says "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway.
• On Android, allow the DFD Launcher to install apps when Android asks (once).
• One purchase covers every device on your account. Up to three devices can be active at once; free one from your devices.
